Refund policy

In case you choose to cancel your order for any other reason, you must do so within two hours after placing your order. Refunds will be directly debited to your account.
We appreciate your feedback and we always thrive to deliver the best quality products. We will study how your order looks and make the appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
Try reprocessing the order. If it doesn’t work, then please contact us using the whatsapp button or email us at info@habibbakery.ae so that we can use a manual payment link for your order.

Refunds

We got it covered. Instances like this appear in any system, and we issue a refund that should reach your bank account within 5 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
